A Trip To Lookout Mountain!

Yesterday, We had quite an adventure!...
We took the day to travel through Lookout Mountain
in search of Fall colors, which we found:)
While there we ended up being First responders
to a girl who fell on a trail &  severely Broke her leg.
She was unable to walk & we stayed with her until the
Rescue Squad was able to get her out. It was
a long process as the trail was VERY Steep and
rugged terrain.

Dowdell Knob Loop

Today my family and I along
with our friend Tookie Tookie 66
traveled to Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park.
We enjoyed a nice 4 1/2 mile hike.
It drizzled most all of the day,but It didn't
effect us! It helped to make our hike cooler:)
Here are some pictures...There aren't many
because the rain sort of messed with the camera.

Hikers Ahead... That means us!
